El disc t\u00e9 un di\u00e0metre aproximat d&#8217;uns 100 mil anys llum i \u00e9s molt prim, amb nom\u00e9s 1000 anys llum de gruix. No \u00e9s pla sin\u00f3 que posseeix una forma lleugerament alabeada. El nostre Sistema Solar es troba en un dels bra\u00e7os exteriors del disc, a uns 26 mil anys llum del forat negre central supermassiu, anomenat Sagitari A*, la massa del qual s&#8217;estima en unes 4.2 milions de vegades la massa del nostre Sol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\" wp-block-spacer eplus-wrapper\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group eplus-wrapper has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">L&#8217;halo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" has-heading-font-family has-custom-font eplus-wrapper\" style=\"font-family:heading\">L&#8217;halo de la Via L\u00e0ctia t\u00e9 una forma aproximadament esf\u00e8rica i s&#8217;estima que el seu radi \u00e9s d&#8217;almenys mig mili\u00f3 d&#8217;anys llum, mesurat des del centre gal\u00e0ctic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" has-heading-font-family has-custom-font eplus-wrapper\" style=\"font-family:heading\">Est\u00e0 compost, principalment, per mat\u00e8ria fosca invisible, la pres\u00e8ncia de la qual es manifesta per l&#8217;atracci\u00f3 gravitacional que exerceix sobre objectes lluminosos com estrelles i c\u00famuls globulars (concentracions molt denses i compactes amb desenes de milers o milions d&#8217;estrelles individuals) que floten en el seu interior. Es comporta com una mena d&#8217;\u201candami\u201d o entramat que subjecta estos objectes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" has-heading-font-family has-custom-font eplus-wrapper\" style=\"font-family:heading\">Els c\u00famuls globulars situats en les regions m\u00e9s exteriors s\u00f3n els objectes m\u00e9s antics de la nostra gal\u00e0xia, amb una edat de 13.500 milions d&#8217;anys, nom\u00e9s 300 milions d&#8217;anys m\u00e9s joves que el Big Bang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" has-heading-font-family has-custom-font eplus-wrapper\" style=\"font-family:heading\">L&#8217;halo ens revela la violenta hist\u00f2ria de la Via L\u00e0ctia: una gal\u00e0xia nana va xocar contra la nostra fa entre 7 i 10 mil milions d&#8217;anys. Estrelles d\u2019esta gal\u00e0xia nana, anomenada Gaia-Salsitxa-Enc\u00e8lad, van quedar al voltant de la Via L\u00e0ctia, disperses pel seu halo de gas i mat\u00e8ria fosca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\" wp-block-spacer eplus-wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group eplus-wrapper has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">El model 3D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" has-heading-font-family has-custom-font eplus-wrapper\" style=\"font-family:heading\">En este model 3D mostrem l&#8217;halo amb una reixeta que representa la mat\u00e8ria fosca i el gas. En diversos llocs del seu interior trobem grups de boletes, els c\u00famuls globulars i estrelles. En el centre se situa el disc de la Via L\u00e0ctia, segons el <a href=\"https:\/\/astrokit.uv.es\/?p=2130\">nostre model 3D<\/a>.
